Team-One's Safety Program
Clients are one of our most valuable assets; therefore, little
is more important than the safety of our employees in our
clients' workspace. Although, often times, we are not able
to control work environments, we do work proactively through
open lines of communication, frequent site visits, on-site
management, involvement of our Safety Director, and through
on-going partnerships with both clients and employees.
Team-One
has implemented an Accident Avoidance Program (AAP) to bring
value to our client relationships. As part of a holistic approach
to safety, Team-One takes 5 basic steps in implementing a
safety program.
5
Step Plan
1. Justify the program
2.
Define the program goals and objectives
3.
Select the methodology (customized for the specific environment/job
requirements)
4.
Implement the program
5.
Continually evaluate the program
Before
placing an employee in your workplace, Team-One will evaluate
/ enhance your existing safety program and seek to understand
your expectations of our employees. We will then provide any
necessary training, adequate supervision, and, through our
Safety Director, ensure compliance with safety procedures
and equipment.
Just
as few companies or organizations are alike, rarely are two
safety programs alike in structure, definition or implementation.
Every Team-One safety program established to service our clients,
will have its own identity and its own customized plan.
