How long is the interview process?
To save yourself some time in our office, please fill out
the application online before coming in for your interview.
The interview typically lasts 10-20 minutes and is followed
by a skill evaluation test based on your skill set.
What
does the interview process entail?
After you have registered with Team-One via the website or
in one of our office locations, you will then interview with
one of our Staffing Specialists to help you in your search
for temporary or full-time employment.
During the meeting, our Staffing Specialist will review your
job history, skill strengths, education history, and career
goals. Additionally, our trained Staffing Specialists will evaluate
what type of clients and / or positions for which you would
be a good fit.
Following the interview, your skills will be evaluated through
our online testing. After the entire interview process is complete,
please call in weekly to let your Staffing Specialists know
that you are available for assignments. We will be actively
searching for the position that best meets your needs and skills.
What
do I need to bring with me to the initial interview?
- Two
(2) hard copies of your resume
- A
list of professional references
- Two
(2) pieces of identification (drivers license, passport,
social birth certification, federal or state ID, voters
registration card, school ID, or Military ID)
How
should I dress?
Please dress professionally as our Staffing Specialists will
be looking for professionalism and fit. Your first impression
will be critically important in your job search - even when
interviewing in our office.
As a representative of Team-One, your appearance reflects our
commitment to quality. Team-One associates are expected to maintain
appropriate business attire while on a client's premises. Before
your assignment starts, your Staffing Specialist will notify
you what kind of attire will be expected.
Will
Team-One provide me with benefits?
Team-One provides low-cost, affordable medical / dental insurance
to all Team-One employees on their first day of assignment
/ work. The average cost is $20 / month. Team-One will match
the contribution of all our associates' monthly premiums as
long as they are working on an assignment. Health insurance
for dependants is available at an additional cost.

What
should I do if I experience a work related accident or injury?
In the event of an accident or illness, please report it to
your Team-One representative immediately. Depending on the
extent of your condition, Team-One will provide appropriate
medical attention. We will then follow-up with the correct
paperwork to make sure your claim is processed quickly. Injuries
not covered by Workers' Compensation include:
- Accidents
resulting from horseplay or intentional misconduct
- Injuries
occurring while traveling to or from work
- Injuries
resulting for the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Intentional
self-injury
- Volunteer
participation in lunchtime / break time activities or off-duty
sports events, parties, picnics, etc…
What
should I do if I know another Team-One associate is filing
a false workers' compensation claim? Protect your
future opportunity with Team-One. Every false claim means
we have less profit with which to be generous with you, including
your pay, bonuses, and future opportunities.
Help
Team-One eliminate fraud in the workplace and be rewarded
$500. If you provide Team-One with specific information that
leads to a conviction for a fraudulent Workers' Compensation
